Stacey Solomon has shared a clever hack she uses to keep her son Rex protected in the sunshine, after finally being reunited with her ‘pickles’.
The Loose Women star enjoyed a day by her pool with her family on Sunday after spending three nights away on the Greek island of Mykonos with her sister Jemma and close friends.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, Stacey gave her followers a secret trick to make applying sun cream to kids easier.
The 32-year-old shared a video of Rex as she helped him apply sun cream with a make-up brush. The three-year-old then giggled as he used his own brush to finish the job.
“If I ever can’t get suncream on Rex we have two make up brushes just for suncream makeovers.
“It really helps make it more fun.”
The mother-of-four added: “Need a hack for red goggle eyes now.”
Proud mum Stacey also shared a video of Rex in the family’s new swimming pool, which Stacey has installed in the garden.
She captioned the post: “Well done Rexy. While I’ve been away Rex has learned underwater swimming without his jacket.” She can be heard saying “wow” as he swims towards her.
Stacey also said: “Wow, Rex, that’s amazing!”
Loose Women star Stacey recently came back from her hen do in Mykonos which she revealed was her first holiday abroad since before lockdown.
Sharing a cute snap with her youngest baby Rose, Stacey said: “Home sweet Home. Missed these little pickles so much.”
She also posted a picture next to her fiancé Joe Swash writing: “Reunited with the husband to be.”
Joe and Stacey will get married at the end of this month in their £1.2 million Essex mansion which they have nicknamed Pickle Cottage.
Her hen do was organised by her older sister Jemma and Stacey dubbed it “pickle on tour”.
During the trip, the women booked a luxury yacht so they could tour the island. Writing on social media, Stacey said: “It is the most beautiful island and everything is so stunning.”
